Summer time is Party Time!

Brooke Wood met her husband Brandon at a church dance. They knew each other for 3 ½ years before they got married. (I’d wondered why the long courtship and she told me, “I was only 16 when we met!”) They have been married for 8 years as of 5/25/2009. Happy Anniversary! Brooke loves having her anniversary on Memorial Day weekend. It means Brandon gets an extra day off work to be with her during their anniversary time every year! Starting with Mother’s day and then her Memorial Day/Anniversary, then moving on for the next 6 weeks the Wood’s are celebrating. All of their birthdays are in the smoldering days of summer. Brooke has 3 kids Natalie – 6, Greg – 5, Bree -2. This is Bree!

Brooke had her first 2 kids so close together because she really wanted twins. They are just over a year apart. When she was in the delivery room having Natalie her mom asked her, “So, do you still want more?” With out hesitating she replied, “I sure do!” 4 months later Greg was on his way.
Brooke enjoys being a mommy. She stays at home with the kids during the day and then works at Outback on Chandler Blvd in the evenings. She has even seen some of you there. If you see her and she doesn’t say hello she isn’t being rude, it is just that she is focused on her tables and didn’t even register anything else. You can always ask to sit in her section and then she’ll see you for sure!!
